Corey flew over this last weekend for a visit and on a whim we decided to spend it camping and steelhead fishing on a river that we frequent during the summer months. We felt like we needed to take the opportunity to visit this favorite place since it was only a 3 hour drive from Spokane as opposed to 10 hours from home. We had so much fun! I’m not quite sure I’ve ever been camping in February before. It was a little chilly at night. I think it got around 20-25 degrees or so. We had a big campfire and tried to stay warm before we went to sleep. It was quite the experience getting down to the river as well. It was a steep grade to descend, but we made it along with only a few others. What a great place to visit. Hope you all enjoy the pictures! Have a great week!

A little tunnel action near the end of the road. The road got really narrow and dropped quickly down to the river, so I let Corey drive that part, I got out and took pictures.
